We are looking to hire for the position of Customer Service Manager
2 to 3 Years, Building Material Industry experience will be given preference
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with existing customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Understand key customer individual needs and finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Managing team and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly reporting on assigned, matured and pending sales leads.

50K to 70K based on qualification and experience plus an attractive sales-based commission.
