We are looking to hire for the position of Marketing Services Executive
Experience
1 to 2 Years, Building Material Industry experience will be given preference
Requirement
- Supports the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks that keep the department running smooth operations
- Assisting with promotional activities and management of petty cash
- Work closely with employees in other departments for smooth interdepartmental coordination
- Maintain, track and update record of store inventories
- Ensure timely dispatches of Giveaways and promotional material
- Ensure timely purchases and dispatching of monthly promotional material and maintain summary sheet
- Facilitate and follow up with different vendors for quotations, invoices and timely payments
- Ensure timely entries in the system and maintain proper filing of all necessary documents
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Salary
40K to 50K based on qualification and experience
